Downloading movies from Adobe Connect

I have a attended a course on programming. Most of the documentation was in form of video movies, recorded with Adobe Connect.

I’ve found a way to download all the movies, so that I can see them offline:

• When you see a movie in Adobe Connect you’ll see an URL like:
  https://whatever.adobeconnect.com/_xxx/yyy/
• Append “/output/file.zip?download=zip” to the URL directly in the browser and press Return.
• The browser will download a ZIP file with all the flash movies inside.

I can see the movie, and hear the audio but separate. I’ll have to find a way to reproduce all this at the same time. Till now, no luck.
