Trying the Gum Bichromate process!

This week I’ve made my first successful gum bichromate prints!

This is an alternative process that lets you print images on papers, by applying a light-sensitive solution and exposing it to the Sun. Pretty much like a cyanotype, but a little bit more complex and with one key advantage: you can print in any colour you want.
Actually, you can even print colour images by making diffent layers in a single paper.

Well… this is a process. More to come.

Take a look at the gallery.
